  1. We may not collect, use or disclose your personal data unless you have given, or deemed to have given, your consent under PDPA to the collection, use or disclosure of the personal data

  1. We collect and use your personal data for compliance intent on fraud monitoring, laws associated with the identification and AML ( Anti Money Laundering ) reporting of illegal and illicit activity , KYC (Know-Your-Customer) obligations or all the following purposes:

    (a) performing obligations in the course of providing the services to you
    (b) Verifying your identity
    (c) processing queries, requests, application, complaints, and feedback from you
    (d) processing payment or transactions


6.1 We will notify you through appropriate means such as email notification, or application form and onboarding portal and,
depending on the circumstances


6.2 If you are a job seeker, in addition to the specific position which you have applied for, we may disclose your personal data to our related companies for the purposes of offering additional employment opportunities.


6.3 If you are an investor or shareholder, we may use your personal data to (a) send you information about Wealthgate (b) manage investor/shareholder relations; and (c) comply with regulatory requirements.


7. We may disclose your personal data: where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of our provision of the services requested by you; or to third party service providers, and other organisations we have engaged to perform any of the functions with reference to the mentioned purposes.


(a) Fraud detection and prevention;

(b) Detection and prevention of misuse of services;

(c) Network analysis to prevent fraud and financial crime, and perform credit analysis; and

(d) Collection and use of personal data on company-issued devices to prevent data loss.


8. We may retain your personal data for the purposes listed in the above clauses even in situations where your relationship with us has been terminated for up to 5 years, or Where we no longer require your personal information for those purposes, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or in order to defend legal claims


9. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

(d) securely erase storage media in devices before disposal, web security measures against risks,

(e) usage of one time password (OTP) / 2 factor authentication (2fa) / multi-factor authentication (mfa) to secure access,

and security review

(f) and testing performed regularly.

While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.
